Payment: Please make checks payable to Area VII Shetland Pony & Miniature Horse Association, Inc. and send with your ad materials. Payment must be received prior to publication.

Materials: If you are submitting digital files, we prefer PDF, TIF, or JPEG at 300 dpi resolution, but we can accept almost anything. We do not require "camera-ready" materials. You may submit your text and photographs, and we will design your ad and send you a PDF proof. We cannot offer this service after deadline.

Schedule: The Area VII Shetland Pony & Miniature Horse Association, Inc. Newsletter is published four times a year. Deadlines vary, depending on events.
