The Area VII newsletter is distributed by mail to all members four times a year.

Ranch News is free for members. Please limit to one page (350-375 words), and one photo. Please, no sales in Ranch News.

Payment: Please make checks payable to Area VII Shetland Pony & Miniature Horse Association, Inc. and send with your ad materials. Payment must be received prior to publication.

Materials: If you are submitting digital files, we prefer PDF, TIF, or JPEG at 300 dpi resolution, but we can accept almost anything. We do not require "camera-ready" materials. You may submit your text and photographs, and we will design your ad and send you a PDF proof. We cannot offer this service after deadline.

Schedule: The Area VII Shetland Pony & Miniature Horse Association, Inc. Newsletter is published four times a year. The deadlines for advertising are as follows:
Fall (October, November, December): September 15
Winter (January, February March): December 15
Spring (April, May, June): March 15
Summer (July, August, September):June 15
